I still have vertigo.. tests, tests, tests.. i've been to the doctor and they've been poking and prodding me... i feel like one of those bugs stuck to a board for people to stare at.
I've had Verytigo for a while now now and I sympathise. I can assure you that it should get better after a while. I went from not being able to leave the house and now can walk about on my own except I look a bit drunk and veer to the side sometimes. Gives my friends a laugh though!!
There are exercises you can do that can help, and they include simple ball 'catching' games. Maybe get your other half to chuck balls at you.
Cheers!! ( I think I posted on your blog an age ago)
i went to see my acupuncture lady.. mina.. who i've renamed meanie.. and she suggests a raw diet and some mystery elixers. Perhaps uncooked food is the answer to virtigo. Not sure.. i'll keep you posted.

Sometimes the tests are worse than the sickness. I've heard that stress can cause vertigo. The acupunture might help with that.
